B2 SPEAKER
Reverse engineering and design for manufacturing
This project was developed as part of the Contemporary Manufacturing Techniques course. The objective was to analyze the components, features, materials, and manufacturing processes used in a commercial product.
I chose a Bluetooth speaker for its simplicity and functionality. "A music box you can take anywhere".
PRODUCT TEARDOWN
The product selected was a Lenrue wireless portable speaker, a low-cost outdoor audio brand sold on Amazon. By disassembling an existing Bluetooth speaker, I was able to understand how the individual components work together.
